It is still my way of introducing myself by the name of Bitsie when I meet people. The name worked for me when I began acting during my early 20s. As I entered my mid-30s I felt that I needed to re-visit Elizabeth. When I did a film I never thought about it. crossed my mind. And the producer was like Hey we noticed its Elizabeth when we were filling in your legal documents. Would you like to be billed that way? It was a thought that I had about it, and then I called my agent and my manager and they were like Yeah you know thats not the best idea. Yes, you've grown older. Bitsie must be a pretty cute name. It's adorable. It's what the story was about. Its not like I introduce myself to you as Elizabeth now. This is just to keep in the loop of billing. Tulloch originates from Scottish as well as Spanish heritage. Tulloch declared that her primary mother tongue is Spanish however she doesn't consider herself fluent. Her grandfather's family came originally from Kirkwall and her grandmother's was from Renfrewshire. In an interview with BBC News she reported that it is believed that the first Tulloch moved to the US around 1880 and the Kerrs came in the early 1900s.
