Katherine Heigl has revealed that she was brought up in a white bubble and how this experience impacted the way she raised adopted multiracial children. In a recent "Firefly Lane", "Grey's Anatomy", and "Grey's Anatomy", star Katherine Heigl revealed that she didn't care about the color of her skin until she came across her adopted sister who was from South Korea. Meg was asked whether she was treated differently when they were out together with their parents, and in the case of going out on their own. Meg replied: "Oh yes, I've seen everything and I've been there all the time! Heigl told her parents she realized the extent of her ignorance. She admitted that she was mad however she was also aware of that she had to channel this anger to help her daughters. Heigl has a son of four years with Josh Kelley, her husband for the past 13 years. The couple took in Nancy Leigh (age 12) from South Korea and Adalaide (age 8) with a black complexion in 2009.
